We got to Thailand! The capital of the Kingdom of Thailand is filled with water canals, and through the city flows the mighty Chauphraya river.
In this river is a giant fish! We saw how big fish jump out of the water in a huge amount.
One local fisherman, whom we met, told us that he was hunting a fish the size of a man. Whether there are fish of this size in this river, we do not know, this information is very similar to Thai fishing jokes. Although, who knows?)) And the Chauphraya river is one of the most polluted rivers in the world and the largest "highway" of Bangkok.

Since all our journey is a creative venture, the house on the island of Ko Phangan was the scene))
And this place was found by us absolutely by accident. Rolling along the island, we saw a small bar in the mountains, decided to look briefly and stayed there for a week)
We stayed with the guitarist of the famous Thai reggae band Job 2 Do called Tea. Now he lives and meets guests in Jungle Roots (Music Cafe) and plays in many groups, including the Thai Tea Reggae Band! A wonderful musician and a great person!
It was the best time!

Koh Phangan

A little over a week ago we sailed to Koh Phangan! There is an island in the Gulf of Thailand of the Pacific Ocean.
As soon as we stepped to the ground, we immediately felt at home)
The atmosphere of this place is not similar to any place on the planet where we been.
Infinitely creative, friendly people made this piece of land a small creative paradise. Masters of esoteric teachings for all tastes, musicians, artists, DJs, photographers, dancers and amateurs all come to this place from all over the world.

The historical center of the island of Phuket met us with a creative extravaganza.
The walls are painted, many cozy restaurants and silence. A mixture of European, Chinese and Thai culture created an interesting architectural cocktail.

A lot of tourists who come to rest on Phuket basically spend time on the beaches or the central noisy streets, where they are offered, it is inconvenient to say "what"???
On one of these "what" we accidentally happened to be..
In China, we met a man who is very fond of traveling to Phuket. We agreed to meet in Thailand, if we coincide by dates. It was difficult to not coincide, because he is a regular visitor to these places. Each month finds a couple of days to fly to the territory of freedom and have a good rest.
We agreed to meet at the famous "Bangla Street", which is essentially the analogue of "Walking Street" in Pattaya. He became our guide to the territory of "freedom" from prejudice.
In the evening, the street is filled with thousands of tourists of all kinds, the vast majority of which are from Russia and China. They come here for a accessible debauchery. And where there is demand, there are plenty of offers.
Evening "Bangla Road" is not a place for the faint-hearted. Almost naked Thai girls with tired faces roam the streets, invitingly inviting to massage and other joys.
Transvestites smile to passers-by and whisper in a bass voice that you can try everything with them.
At night in all cafes and clubs begins the Ping Pong or Pussy sex-show.
The menu with program numbers is offered by hundreds of people on the streets, there is a detailed program in English, Chinese and Russian (with grammatical errors).
Our Chinese friend sweated from what was happening around, and promised us a super show this night.
After supper we went to the bar, at the invitation of our friend from the Middle Kingdom and saw with their own eyes all, that was presented in the "menu"!
Where we are going, we understood at the entrance. It was a Thai strip club. On the podium, naked Thai girls danced languidly, and around it them were chairs and sofas, on which the Chinese tourists rested in the company of girls.
We came to the beginning of the show! It was funny and eerie at the same time.
40-year-old Thai women with unperturbed faces smoked, fired, pulled out "from".. put "in".. all, for example blades strung on a five-meter rope..
We could not escape until the end of the show, which, fortunately, lasted 10 minutes. After that, we left very quickly. Our Chinese friend stayed in the bar, looking at the dancing topless tired girls. Such a weird evening we spent once in Phuket. (Luckily there it was forbidden to make a video).

In the vicinity of Phuket, we were blown away by the beauty of nature and the crazy fantasy plots of local sculptors.
We were finally convinced that Paradise is created by nature, and Hell is the creation of human hands.

We really wanted to return to Koh Phangan to rest a few days before the big road.
Choosing between common sense and "want" we decided to choose a dream! For several days we could not make a decision .. In the end, our journey is an adventurous and creative venture, we thought. What's the common sense and why do not we hear the heart? With these thoughts, we went to Paradise for a few days)
Later, when we were riding a motorcycle along the cheerful roads, more like a roller coaster, we met them!
Big elephants stood in a row, smashing the stems of the banana palm and eating them with a huge appetite. The crunch was such that it was audible even from the road!
Elephants are charming creatures!
As soon as they noticed us, they at once threw away their food and began to stagger in uneven stepping from foot to foot, happily spanking their ears and smiling. We do not know if the elephants know how to smile consciously, but they were having fun from the heart)
We fed them bananas and continued our journey, happy as elephants thanks to such a wonderful meeting))

Koh Phangan
